Who am I?  

Hi! I'm Mrs. Allen but you can call me "Double A."  Throughout the year I teach Integrated Math 9, Integrated Math 10, and Trig/PreCalc. I graduated from Oakland University and have a bachelor's of science in physics and a minor in mathematics.

Why am I a teacher?

I became a teacher because I wanted to make a difference, I continue teaching because I can't imagine doing anything else. My students bring more smiles to my face than any cubical could, no matter how colorful! I enjoy bringing new experiences and knowledge into their lives and love to see their facial expressions when they finally understand something that used to puzzle them.
